JUDGE KIM FROST WILSON THE BEST CHOICE FOR WHITLEY COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE

I have known Kim Frost Wilson for over 30 years. We are not close, we don’t socialize and we have never been to each others respective homes. I mainly see her in court, she is an excellent judge and attorney.

What makes her an excellent Judge is her patience and compassion. She has always treated every person appearing in her court with patience, courtesy and understanding no matter their station in life.

I have watched her painstakingly explain the court procedure to someone appearing before her and then making double certain they clearly understand.

I have watched her assure an individual of a full hearing and all due process rights whether it is a civil, juvenile, or criminal case. She will not rush or short circuit the process.

Citizens have their major contact with the court system in District Court or Domestic Court. District Court is in the forefront for the protection of each individuals constitutional rights. So often, the Constitution is trampled upon in District Court. But, never in Judge Kim Wilson’s court.

The other strong attribute of Judge Wilson is that she will not bend to political influence or power. She has stood her ground and done what is right in court, no favors for the politicians.

That is why as a citizen and an attorney I am voting for Kim Frost Wilson for District Judge in Whitley County and asking that you do the same.

My support for her has been strong and some will say I will be looking for a favor when she is on the bench. First, she wouldn’t do that and second, when she is elected I will request any cases be transferred to another Judge to halt the rumormongers. My sole motive is to have an excellent Judge fill this seat in our judiciary.
